Wow… just… wow. They’re making out this girl to be really smart but she is an intelligent sounding homophobe. Her argument about how children need a mum and dad is pointless. Yes, a child needs a mum and dad to exist but to be raised to be a good person, they don’t. Children that lost a parent from divorce, death, or their parents were too young and the mother had to raise her child as a single mother, does that make them less of a person? And how does having two mums od two dads make them less of a person? You’re basically saying it’s better for the child to be property of the state than live in a loving home. As for your question about which parent do you need; as far a existing goes, both. But, as I stated previously, that child isn’t less of a person by having two mums or two dads, they’re still in a loving home. And what about infertile couples, transsexuals, or couples that don’t want children? Should their right of marriage be taken away? Marriage isn’t about having children, it’s a commitment between two people. Nowhere in the current definition of marriage does it say “to have children”.
